Flexible Dollar Builder Life Insurance/
Accumulation Fund Policy
An Opportunity For Retirement Funding
One of the features of the Flexible Dollar Builder Life Insurance policy is the interest bearing Accumulation Fund. This fund has traditionally out-performed the market place. We are proud of our performance of what DID happen. Please keep in mind, our interest history is not meant to predict future results.
It's Important To Act Today
To meet your long range goals, you should make contributions to YOURSELF during your good earning years. It is important to pay yourself first before you pay your other bills. The Flexible Dollar Builder can be a 10 year plan, a 20 year plan or a continuing plan. Of course the longer you participate, the more you will have in the end.
The Insurance Feature
The Flexible Dollar Builder is a well rounded program that gives you a combination of life insurance and cash accumulation. A lesser portion of your money goes toward cash value insurance. A major portion goes into the Accumulation Fund** that compounds at the current interest rate.
An Emergency Cash Fund When Needed
The Accumulation Fund (AF) can be used for college, business expansion, emergency use or whenever there is a need for quick cash. This money is readily available to you and there is never an obligation to repay it**. And in the event of death, the balance in the AF along with the insurance amount will be paid to your beneficiary.
** May incur 5% charge on amount withdrawn from Accumulation Fund for first 10 years
Flexible Dollar Builder contains the following features:
- Accumulates cash within the policy
- Tax deferred growth of cash values
- Competitive current rate of return
- Competitive guaranteed minimum rate of return
- Income tax free death benefits for beneficiaries
- Portable, take it wherever you go
- Privacy of all transactions
